Eddie is an experienced professional with 19 years of successful strategic and tactical leadership within the law enforcement, loss prevention, and security industries with various companies including his current role at Luxottica, as well as Walmart Inc., McDonald's USA, LLC., JCPenney Company, Inc. and communications provider Leap Wireless International/ Cricket Communications. Eddie has a proven track record for success in reducing shrink, minimizing losses, and maximizing profits. He is skilled in conducting investigations and interrogations, mining for data from exception-based reports/ software, conducting comprehensive audits, building partnerships and relationships, with an elevated experience in training development, project management and investigations.

Eddie has a strong background in law enforcement, operational planning, intelligence operations, and legal processes acquired during his previous role with the Office of Intelligence for the Department of Homeland Security's (OHS) investigative component, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
